ResMed ClimateLineAir™ 10 " Oxy " Heated Tubing with Oxygen Connection
The ResMed ClimateLineAir™ 10 "Oxy" Heated Tube is a ClimateLineAir 10 with one critical addition: a built-in oxygen enrichment port at the machine cuff, allowing supplemental oxygen from a concentrator or cylinder to be titrated directly into the CPAP circuit — without a separate mask-side adapter. Oxygen mixes uniformly with the full CPAP airflow inside the heated tube before reaching the mask, which is clinically preferable to mask-end connections. All other ClimateLineAir 10 features apply: mask-end temperature sensor, Climate Control Auto with AirSense/AirCurve 10, 360° swivel, 16°C–30°C range, 2m length, 22mm cuffs. For supplemental oxygen patients only — if you don't require oxygen, order the standard ClimateLineAir 10. Not compatible with AirSense 11. Replace every 6 months.

ResMed ClimateLineAir™ 10 "Oxy" Heated Tubing — Overview
The ResMed ClimateLineAir™ 10 Oxy is a variant of the ClimateLineAir 10 heated tube with one critical addition: a built-in oxygen enrichment port at the machine end. It is designed specifically for patients who require supplemental oxygen concurrent with CPAP or BiPAP therapy — allowing oxygen to be titrated directly from a concentrator or cylinder into the therapy circuit at the back of the machine, without a separate mask-side oxygen adapter, without additional tubing cluttering the sleeping area, and without the fitment issues that arise when oxygen is added at the mask end.
Without the Oxy tube, supplemental oxygen patients typically connect oxygen tubing directly to an elbow adapter at their CPAP mask — a setup that is uncomfortable, prone to displacement during sleep, and creates an uncontrolled oxygen-to-CPAP air mixing ratio that varies with breathing pattern. The ClimateLineAir Oxy moves the oxygen connection point to the machine cuff, where it mixes with the full CPAP airflow before it enters the heated tube — ensuring the oxygen concentration is diluted uniformly across each breath rather than delivered in concentrated pulses at the mask. This is clinically preferable for patients on prescribed flow rates.
In all other respects, the Oxy tube delivers the same ClimateLineAir 10 experience: mask-end temperature sensor, Climate Control Auto with AirSense/AirCurve 10, 360° swivel, 15mm profile, and 16°C–30°C temperature range. Compatible with AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 only — not AirSense 11 or S9. Replace every 6 months.

⚠️ Supplemental oxygen patients only. If you do not require supplemental oxygen, order the standard ClimateLineAir 10 instead. This tube is not compatible with AirSense 11. Oxygen flow rate should be set as prescribed by your physician — the tube does not change prescribed oxygen requirements. Requires HumidAir humidifier with water to heat.
🇦🇪 UAE tip: Many patients on home oxygen therapy in the UAE are also CPAP users — this tube eliminates the cumbersome mask-side oxygen adapter setup and is the recommended configuration for any AirSense 10 user who also requires supplemental oxygen. Contact our team on +971 56 593 5931 to confirm the correct oxygen flow rate setup for your prescribed concentrator output.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between this and the standard ClimateLineAir 10?
The only difference is the built-in oxygen port at the machine cuff. In all other respects — length, diameter, temperature sensor, Climate Control Auto, swivel — the Oxy tube is identical to the standard ClimateLineAir 10. If you do not need supplemental oxygen, order the standard ClimateLineAir 10.
Does this work with AirSense 11?
No — the ClimateLineAir Oxy uses the Air10 connector and is only compatible with AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 machines. AirSense 11 does not currently have an Oxy variant of the ClimateLineAir 11 available.
How do I connect my oxygen concentrator to this tube?
Standard O2 tubing from your concentrator connects to the dedicated port on the tube's machine-end cuff. No adapter is required. The oxygen mixes with the CPAP airflow inside the tube before it reaches your mask. Contact our team if you need guidance on correct setup.
Can I use this tube without oxygen?
Yes — if the oxygen port is not connected, the port is capped and the tube functions identically to the standard ClimateLineAir 10. However, there is no reason to purchase the Oxy tube if you don't need supplemental oxygen.
