What Happens After You Send Your Prescription?
🔒 Your prescription is private. All prescription documents shared with CPAP Medical Trading are treated as strictly confidential medical information. Your files are used solely to provide equipment recommendations and are never shared with any third party. Files are securely handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE PDPL requirements.
Common Questions
Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine?
A formal written prescription is not a legal requirement to purchase in the UAE. However, we strongly recommend sharing your sleep study results or physician prescription so we can ensure you receive the right device at the correct pressure settings. Incorrect settings can reduce therapy effectiveness.
I only have a photo of my prescription — is that OK?
Yes, absolutely. A clear photo taken with your phone is perfectly fine. Make sure the text is legible and the full document is in the frame. WhatsApp is the easiest way to send a phone photo directly.
I have a sleep study report but no prescription yet — can you still help?
Yes. Send us your sleep study report and we can advise on therapy options. We do recommend that you also follow up with your physician to obtain a formal prescription, as this ensures your pressure settings are clinically validated for your specific condition.
Is this service free?
Completely free — there is no charge for prescription review or equipment recommendations. There is no obligation to purchase, and our team will not pressure you to buy.
Can I visit the showroom and bring my prescription in person?
Yes — we welcome walk-ins at our Business Bay showroom. Bring a printed or digital copy of your prescription and our team will assist you in person with device selection, mask fitting, and pricing. Open Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM, Saturday 11AM–3PM.
