By placing an order with CPAP Medical Trading, you agree to be bound by these terms, governed by UAE law. This covers medical disclaimers (we are a retailer, not a medical provider — always consult your physician), pricing in AED inclusive of VAT, our return/refund policy, delivery and risk of loss, manufacturer warranty terms, data protection under the UAE PDPL, and dispute resolution through the Dubai courts.
