2.1. These terms and conditions govern all transactions related to the sale of medical equipment.
2.2. By purchasing equipment from the Company, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
2.3. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Company's website.

3. Sales and Purchases

3.1. All sales are final unless specified under the refund and return policy.
3.2. Equipment is sold with a warranty as per manufacturer standards. Warranty claims must be supported by valid documentation.
3.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability of equipment for their medical needs, as advised by a healthcare professional.

4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item. No refund.
4.2. No returns will be accepted for equipment showing signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the Customer.
4.3. Machine sales are final.

5. Delivery

5.1. The Company provides delivery services within Dubai at an additional charge unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Customers must inspect the equipment upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications arising from the misuse or improper handling of the equipment.
6.2. The Company provides equipment based on the prescription and recommendations of healthcare professionals and is not responsible for incorrect usage.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1. The Company respects Customer privacy and ensures that personal data is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
7.2. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

8.1. All equipment provided complies with the relevant standards and regulations in the UAE.
8.2. Customers must ensure the use of equipment adheres to all applicable laws and guidelines.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9.2. The Company encourages amicable resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
