The Philips Respironics DreamStation 2 OEM Disposable Ultra-Fine Filters (6-Pack) are the genuine fine particle replacement filters for the DreamStation 2 CPAP and BiPAP machines. The DreamStation 2 uses a two-stage filtration system โ the reusable pollen filter (outer) plus these disposable ultra-fine filters (inner). The ultra-fine filter captures allergens, fine dust, and microscopic particles that pass through the outer pollen layer. Replace every 4 weeks โ do not wash. In dusty environments such as Dubai, inspect and replace more frequently. This 6-pack provides approximately 12 weeks supply. Not compatible with DreamStation 1 which uses differently sized ultra-fine filters.

The DreamStation 2 Ultra-Fine Filter โ Your Second Line of Defence
The DreamStation 2 disposable ultra-fine filter is the inner, secondary layer of the machine's two-stage filtration system. While the reusable pollen filter handles the larger particles โ pollen, dust, lint, pet hair โ the ultra-fine filter adds a secondary layer of protection, helping to block fine particles and reduce odours, giving you fresher, cleaner airflow. The ultra-fine filter is designed to remove even the tiniest particles and offensive odours โ including tobacco smoke โ that pass through the pollen filter's coarser foam weave.
Made of polyester fibres permanently mounted in a light blue plastic carrier, the ultra-fine filter is attached to the base of the reusable pollen filter and the two are inserted as a combined unit. The white filter media inside the blue casing is permanently attached โ never attempt to separate them. When changing the ultra-fine filter, slide both filters out together, unsnap the used ultra-fine from the pollen filter base, snap on the new one, and reinsert both. The pollen filter stays in; only the blue ultra-fine unit gets discarded.
The ultra-fine filter is technically optional on the DreamStation 2 โ the machine will operate with only the pollen filter in place. However, Philips Respironics strongly recommends using both filters together for optimal filtration. In Dubai's dusty environment, the ultra-fine filter adds meaningful protection for both the motor and your therapy air quality.

How do I install this filter with the pollen filter?
Slide the pollen filter out of the machine. Unsnap the old ultra-fine filter from the base of the pollen filter and discard it. Snap the new ultra-fine filter (light blue) securely onto the base of the pollen filter. Reinsert both together into the machine. The white filter media inside the blue casing is permanently attached โ do not attempt to separate them.
