⏱️ Spontaneous & Spontaneous Timed Trigger Modes
With Spontaneous (S) and Spontaneous Timed (ST) modes, the machine can be set to automatically detect and adjust to patients' needs, or to manually configure with prescribed values.
Spontaneous Mode (S): Tracks breathing cycle and provides a 3-point pressure relief from inhalation to exhalation, providing a more comfortable natural breathing experience.
Spontaneous Timed Mode (ST): Keeps the main functionality as (S) mode — decreasing pressure during exhalation and increasing it during inhalation — while adding Breathe Rate & Rise Time settings, enabling the machine to initiate a breath and switch from exhalation to inhalation automatically and comfortably if a natural breath is not detected within a set time frame.
🔍 Digital Auto-Trak Sensitivity
With Digital Auto-Trak Sensitivity, the DreamStation BiPAP ST collects breath-by-breath information, understands, and makes a copy of your breathing cycle pattern. Digital Auto-Trak will automatically trigger a breath when needed and adjust therapy pressure if leakage occurs in order to maintain open airways.

The DreamStation BiPAP ST machine monitors the patient's upper airway in any ventilation mode and automatically reacts, providing the lowest bilevel pressures to treat the patient's ventilation needs. Easily set up your DreamStation BiPAP ST machine through its colour screen, in a very user-friendly environment. On the same screen, you'll get daily reports and feedback about your therapy, AHI, leak events, and more.
📱 Built-In Bluetooth & SD Card
The machine comes with built-in Bluetooth to automatically connect with DreamMapper. The DreamMapper app, available for both Android and Apple devices, monitors all the critical parameters of your therapy, like AHI, leak, and total therapy time. If you don't have a compatible smart device, you can instead insert an SD card, which can be used to transfer data to a computer and connect to the DreamMapper website.

🇦🇪 UAE note: DreamMapper is not available in all countries, including the UAE. Therapy data can still be accessed via the SD card and transferred to a computer for review with your physician.

💧 Advanced Humidification System (Included)
The DreamStation Heated Humidifier connects directly to the DreamStation BiPAP ST machine and looks like one device. It comes with dry-box technology, ensuring that no water passes from the humidifier to the machine. The humidifier adds humidity to your therapy air, eliminating negative therapy side effects like dry nostrils and mouth, adding extra comfort. The heat and moisture level can be set to Standard (fixed levels) or Adaptive (auto-adjusting heat and moisture levels).
🌡️ Heated Tube (Included)
With the DreamStation Heated Tube, you'll eliminate rainout effects in the CPAP hose caused by the difference between therapy air temperature and room temperature. If the humidifier is not in use, the DreamStation Heated Tube will not heat either, and will function as a standard CPAP hose.
