Compatibility Notice
This headgear is designed exclusively for the AirFit F30 (tube-down, front-connection full face mask). It is not compatible with the AirFit F30i, which uses a top-of-head tube and a completely different headgear and frame system. If you are unsure which mask you have, check the tube connection point: the F30 tube exits from the front of the mask; the F30i tube exits from the top of the head.
When to Replace
ResMed recommends replacing CPAP mask headgear every 6 months. Signs that replacement is due sooner include:
- Straps feel loose even at maximum tightness
- Mask leaks have increased despite cushion being in good condition
- Visible stretching, fraying, or discolouration of the fabric
- Magnetic clips feel weak or no longer hold securely
- Morning facial marks have worsened โ indicating overtightening to compensate
Care Instructions

- Rinse thoroughly under clean running water
- Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight
- No machine washing โ damages elastic fibres
- No tumble drying โ heat degrades fabric and clip seats
- Do not bleach, iron, or dry-clean
