ResMed AirMini Filters
The ResMed AirMini Replacement Filters are the genuine disposable intake air filters for the ResMed AirMini travel CPAP — protecting the miniature motor from dust, debris, and particles during travel. The AirMini uses a small circular foam filter fitted at the machine's air intake port. Replace every 4 weeks or when visibly soiled. Essential for travel hygiene — hotel rooms, aircraft cabins, and outdoor environments expose the AirMini to higher particulate loads than a typical bedroom. Not compatible with AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 — the AirMini uses a unique smaller filter. Pack contents: check listing for quantity.

The AirMini Filter — Small Part, Critical Job
The ResMed AirMini is the world's smallest travel CPAP, and its miniature motor is correspondingly more sensitive to particulate ingestion than a full-size home machine. The AirMini's air intake filter — a small, circular foam pad seated at the intake port on the machine body — is the only barrier protecting that motor from the varied and often lower-quality air encountered during travel. Hotel rooms, aircraft cabins, vehicle interiors, and outdoor environments all expose the AirMini to significantly higher concentrations of dust, fibres, and particulates than a controlled home bedroom.
Because the AirMini's motor is compact and not designed for continuous air filtration at the same scale as a home machine, filter maintenance is arguably more critical for the AirMini than for any other CPAP in your kit. A loaded filter on a travel machine doesn't just affect air quality — it directly strains a smaller, less tolerant motor. The filter is visually inspectable: if it appears grey, brown, or flattened rather than white and fluffy, it should be replaced regardless of how long it has been in service. In Dubai's dusty environment or after travel to sandy destinations, inspect after every trip and replace at least every 4 weeks.
The AirMini filter is not interchangeable with AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 filters — the circular foam design and dimensions are specific to the AirMini's intake port. Using an incorrectly sized filter from another machine creates gaps that allow unfiltered air to bypass the intake entirely, providing no protection at all.
Can I use my AirSense 10 filters in the AirMini to save money?
No — the AirMini uses a unique circular foam filter specific to its intake port size. AirSense 10 filters are rectangular and a different size entirely. Forcing an incorrectly sized filter creates gaps at the edges, allowing unfiltered air into the motor with zero protection. Always use AirMini-specific filters.
