ResMed AirMini HumidX (Standard) โ Overview
The HumidX is ResMed's waterless HME cartridge for the AirMini travel CPAP. It sits at the mask connection point inside the AirMini setup pack and works passively โ capturing heat and moisture from exhaled air and returning it on inhalation, without a water tank, heated tube, or additional power. The Standard HumidX is calibrated for typical humidity environments and is the right choice for home use and travel to moderate-humidity destinations. For dry climates, aircraft cabin air, high altitude, or desert travel, the HumidX Plus (see item 9) provides additional moisture recovery. Replace every 30 days from opening โ even if not used every night in that period.

๐ฆ๐ช UAE note: myAir cellular does not function in the UAE. The AirMini can still be used fully with HumidX. For travel from Dubai to dry climates or long-haul flights, HumidX Plus is recommended for increased moisture recovery in low-humidity aircraft cabins.
What is the difference between HumidX Standard and HumidX Plus?
HumidX Plus captures and returns more moisture than standard HumidX โ it is specifically designed for low-humidity aircraft cabin air, desert climates, and high altitude. For home use and moderate travel, standard HumidX is sufficient.
