ResMed AirSense 11 Filters - 4 Pack
The ResMed AirSense 11 Ultra-Fine Filters (4-Pack) are the genuine disposable hypoallergenic filters for AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 CPAP and BiPAP machines — the only filter type used in the AirSense 11. Each filter captures fine particles, allergens, and dust before they enter the machine motor and breathing circuit, protecting both the motor and the therapy air quality. Replace every 4 weeks or sooner in dusty environments — each pack provides approximately 3 months of therapy. Not washable — dispose and replace. Pack of 4.

Why Your AirSense 11 Filter Matters More Than You Think
Your AirSense 11 draws air directly from the room and delivers it into your airway at positive pressure all night. That means anything in your bedroom air — dust, pollen, pet dander, skin cells, mould spores — gets drawn through the machine every single night. The ultra-fine hypoallergenic filter is the only barrier between that ambient air and your motor, your tubing, your mask cushion, and your lungs. Made of blended synthetic fibres in a polypropylene shell, the AirSense 11 hypoallergenic filter achieves over 80% filtration efficiency, trapping both large and fine airborne particles. The standard filter captures the larger particles; the hypoallergenic variant's tighter fibre weave captures the finer ones — allergens, smoke particles, and fine dust that would otherwise reach your airways unfiltered.
The motor is the most expensive single component in an AirSense 11. A clogged or absent filter forces the motor to work harder to maintain pressure, accelerating wear. Worse, particles that bypass a degraded filter accumulate on the impeller blades and in the humidifier chamber, shortening machine life and contaminating the therapy circuit. A dirty or clogged filter can significantly reduce air quality, compromise therapy effectiveness, and potentially lead to machine overheating or malfunction. Filter replacement is the cheapest maintenance step you can take to protect the most expensive piece of equipment in your therapy setup.
Unlike the AirSense 10, the AirSense 11 uses only one filter type — this single disposable ultra-fine. There is no separate reusable foam filter for the AirSense 11. The filter is located at the back of the machine; open the filter cover, remove the old filter, drop in the new one, and close. No tools, 30 seconds.
Does the AirSense 11 use a reusable pollen filter as well?
No — unlike the AirSense 10, the AirSense 11 uses only one filter type: this single disposable ultra-fine. There is no separate washable foam or pollen filter for the AirSense 11. One filter, one slot, one replacement schedule.
Can a blocked filter damage my machine?
Yes. A significantly clogged filter restricts airflow to the motor, forcing it to work harder to maintain prescribed pressure. Over time this causes motor strain and accelerated wear. In severe cases it can cause the machine to overheat or shut down mid-therapy. Regular replacement every 4 weeks — or sooner in dusty environments — is the simplest way to protect your AirSense 11.
🇦🇪 Dubai tip: In air-conditioned bedrooms, the filter can look clean on top while loaded underneath — lift it out and hold it up to the light to check both sides. Replace immediately if any grey or brown discolouration is visible, regardless of how recently it was changed.
