DreamWear Gel adapts easily to a wide variety of sleeping positions and always provides a wide open field of view — making it one of the most comfortable and least restrictive nasal pillow options in our range. The Fit Pack includes Small and Medium cushions so you can find your perfect fit at home. All DreamWear cushions are fully interchangeable with DreamWear frames, so if you already own a DreamWear frame you can simply upgrade to gel pillows.

What is the difference between DreamWear Gel Pillows and DreamWear Silicone Pillows?
Both use the same DreamWear frame with top-of-head tubing. The difference is the cushion material — the Gel Pillows have a gel layer in the sealing surface that makes them softer and more compliant against the nostrils, reducing the pressure and friction that causes soreness and red marks over a full night. If you've tried DreamWear silicone pillows and found them too firm, the gel version is the natural upgrade.
Can I use the gel pillow cushions with my existing DreamWear frame?
Yes — all DreamWear cushions are fully interchangeable with all DreamWear frames regardless of which version you purchased first. If you already own a DreamWear Full Face or DreamWear Nasal frame, you can purchase the gel pillow cushions separately and swap them onto your existing frame.
Which size should I choose?
