Standard nasal pillow masks connect the CPAP tube directly to the mask cushion at the front of the face. The DreamWear frame routes airflow differently β€” through two soft silicone tubes that run along either side of the cheeks before meeting at the pillow cushions under the nose. This keeps the centre of the face completely clear and routes the CPAP tube to a swivel elbow at the top of the head. The frame itself stays soft and flexible, adapting to facial contours without rigid edges.

When sleeping on your back, DreamWear distributes therapy air through both silicone frame tubes equally. When you roll onto your side, the lower tube compresses gently against the pillow β€” but therapy air channels through the open, upper tube maintaining full unrestricted airflow at your prescribed therapy pressure.
