ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto β Full Overview
The ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto is ResMed's current-generation bilevel therapy machine β bringing the same generation-defining improvements found in the AirSense 11 to BiPAP therapy. It delivers two levels of pressure β higher for inhalation (IPAP) and lower for exhalation (EPAP) β making breathing significantly more comfortable than single-pressure CPAP, especially for patients on higher therapy pressures or those who struggle to exhale against fixed pressure.
In VAuto mode, the machine automatically adjusts both IPAP and EPAP breath by breath within the prescribed range β responding to each breath in real time rather than delivering fixed pressures. The AirCurve 11 also shares the AirSense 11's colour LED touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, and over-the-air software updates β making it the most connected bilevel machine in our range and the first ResMed bilevel device to offer OTA firmware updates.

What is the difference between the AirCurve 11 VAuto and AirCurve 10 ST?
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is newer with a touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth, and OTA updates β but only supports VAuto and S modes. The AirCurve 10 ST is older technology but supports 5 modes including ST with backup rate. They are priced identically at AED 8,000. The right choice depends entirely on your prescription: if you need a backup rate, choose the AirCurve 10 ST.
Does the myAir app work in the UAE for the AirCurve 11?
The myAir cellular data upload does not function in the UAE. Therapy data is accessible via the SD card and AirView software. The AirCurve 11's WiFi and Bluetooth may enable some app features, but remote data upload via myAir remains restricted in the UAE network environment.
